One of my daily daydreams is that of relocating to a better place. Iowa was never high on my list when it came to moving but now it's under the list. A study just came out that the midwestern state imprisons Blacks 13 times the rate of Whites. "For every 100,000 people, Iowa incarcerates 309 whites and 4,200 blacks, the study said."
Bear in mind that Blacks only make up 2% of the population. The Iowan government blames it on high poverty and lower educational achievement. I say something's rotten in the state of Iowa.
